What to Expect
FRIDAY: ARRIVE + AWAKEN
Ease into the weekend at your own pace.
As everyone arrives, we’ll keep the vibe soft and unhurried. Whether you’re drawn to the bonfire for conversation, want to settle into a cozy corner indoors, or simply float between connections, this is your time to land in presence and possibility.
Enjoy a specialty cocktail, light food, and an evening designed to help you unwind and connect.
SATURDAY: EXPLORE + EXPAND
A full day to nourish every part of you.
We’ll start with a hot breakfast and then ease into a day filled with dynamic, expert-led sessions anchored in the five pillars of THRIVE:

NOTE: Whether you are flying solo or with friends, the resort offers plenty of great spots to explore. Lunch is self-guided and on your own from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Take your time and enjoy it your way!
As the sun sets, we’ll gather to dine, connect, and celebrate. The evening is all about joy and play–because thriving isn’t only about reflection, it’s also about letting loose.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Share dinner and conversation
- Pull an eXpert aside for 1:1 connection
- Get creative at our Craft + Connection Corners–designing your own trucker hat or weaving a friendship bracelet that reflect your Thrive journey
- Laugh, sing, and let go with karaoke and dancing–because joy knows how to throw down
SUNDAY: EMBODY + EMERGE
We’ll close with soul-soothing integration–reflection, meditation, and intentional light movement–to weave the weekend into your daily life. A light breakfast bite (fruit, bars, water) will be available as we begin, giving you a grounded, gentle start to the morning. You’ll root into your body and spirit, anchoring what’s been awakened so you leave ready to thrive beyond the weekend.

8:30–9:30 am: Hot breakfast and coffee
9:15 am: Welcome with LeAnn and Pam
9:30 am: Heart with Shanna – Presence, emotions as energy + neurochemistry, processing, and discovering your blessed emotional state
10 am: Body with Jodi – Listening to your body, navigating changes, movement for self-connection, advocating in medical spaces
10:30–11 am: Vendor/Mimosa Break
11:30 am–Noon: Mind + Soul with Wendy – Step beyond burnout and old stories; reconnect with what lights you up; notice what energizes you; gently uncover your why
Noon–12:30 pm Panel: THRIVE Together (across all five pillars)
12:30–2:30 pm: Lunch on your own
2:30–4:00 pm: Community with Jennie & Sarah – Belonging, fears that hold us back, how connection heals; Living Sculpture interactive activity (small-group creativity, storytelling)
4–5 pm: Generosity Project powered by Illustra Financial & Thrivent – Create inspirational journals for women facing a cancer diagnosis (supplies provided) + light happy-hour snacks and beverages
Saturday, Part II | Madden House
7 pm+: Evening Celebrate + Let Go – Dinner, karaoke, craft corner, bonfire, eXpert 1:1, and dancing (disco vibes encouraged!)
Sunday, October 12 | Viking Room
8:30–10 am: Movement & meditation with Jodi & Shanna + closing circle, light breakfast bites
